I'm not sure what you mean by the 'unbirthday' (recurring) quests. The only recurring ones I get is to collect supplies, not spend them. The only spending supplies quest involves spending an equal amount of coins as well. I want an outlet for my supplies that is useful. As suggested in my first post.

That's it, you spend both coins and supplies along with high level chateau you end up with random rewards. Once per age and rq you even get diamonds. Further more, generally speaking if you have ton of supplies you probably also have ton of coins too.
