story quest not updating

The story quest is for a dojo, and recruiting 3 augmented samurai. I have a dojo and the 3 samurai, but it is not being picked up by the quest?

The quest is to "Build a Dojo", not "Have a Dojo". You are required to build a new one regardless of how many you already have.
