Not a Bug: still no reconstruction feature

Hi All,
After looking around at the forum and from talking to other players, it appears I lucked out after the last update. For some reason I don't have the reconstruction mode and it blows. I have refreshed, logged out etc. I am on the .en server.

you play on the wrong server

if you want the reconstruction mode NOW then you must play on the beta server

in a few weeks (or month) it will come to the en server

There are players on the server who have the feature. In my house. It's the .en server. Triple checked. I thought the same thing, but he's got the feature, I don't.
