SOA don't show any text when mouse hovers on them, at least on PC (didn;t check mobile). I tried a different browser, same thing. Is this known ?

Are they aided or unaided? Seen a report of this but only when they're unaided. What era are you in?

This is indeed an issue for some unmotivated buildings. Our devs are working on it :)

This issue only affects un-motivated buildings. For anything else, please try a cache clear.
