Selling Military Building

I am trying to sell a military building and it is not letting me. It tells me, "You can not sell this Military building. At least one unit linked unit is assigned to your PVP arena". What does that mean and how does that happen? How do you undo it?

You go to the PvP Arena and change your defending army there to not use any units from this building.

It means exactly what it says. You undo it by removing that unit fro your PvP Arena army
