Screen free when switching windows in the browser

Hello. I have this problem loong time but i was thinking it because of my laptop. than i bought new Gaming laptop and this is still hapening.
When i switch windows - tabs on top of the screen and get back into the FOE screen trab is freezed like it is winter xd. and GVG won't even load ;(
Using google chrome new update
