There are too few asteroids large enough to support a GB in the A Belt, only one is sufficiently large and lacking mineable resources.
Ergo: 1 GB, simples.

They did not have one on beta. New GBs excluding no age ones are released with new ages or new age parts. Therefore, there will not be one unless they create a second SAAB part, which has not happened since 2018.
