lol it means that you have referred one person to play here. it is from your referral link that is in the settings menu ingame

Alright thank's. However, I don't remember doing that. All I have done was to ask a neighbour to join the same guild as me.

I'm guessing it is glitchy as I have had 2 successful referrals, one of which led to a diamond reward and my profile still says 0 referrals.
