Forwarded: Quests keep disappearing before i get to collect my rewards

  • I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported:
  • Have you tried fixing it by using methods listed in the thread pinned to the top of this forum:

    Quite a few times now i have managed to get all that i need to be able to finish a quest, then the green tick appears next to the quest icon, then either an error occurs or it simply vanishes and it gives me a new quest instead without me ever clicking collect reward!
    please fix this and then give me everything I am owed!

Thank you for reporting this to us, johanjvv. The developers are aware of this behavior (FOE-27280) and are working on fixing it.

In the meantime you do receive the rewards/prizes from the quests. You simply do not see the rewards displayed. If you want to know what it is you've won, please feel free to contact support and you'll be informed.
