New Content Quantum Incursions enhancements

We've prepared a list of enhancements for the Quantum Incursions! These updates will appear in the game in the coming days. In the meantime, here's the overview!

- Stay up-to-date with additional notifications about various areas of QI
- Keep track of your productions with the Quantum Portal alert in your Main City
- Prepare better with the preview of future nodes

And, of course, finally expand your Main City with Quantum Medals!
