Ok my question is regarding portraits, let’s use Genghis Kahn historical questline for example. Hypothetically a user missed the event/quest - joined the game after. The buildings from missed events/quests are available through antiques dealer but the portraits are no where to be found. Will said user ever get a chance to obtain that portrait again. This can apply to many portraits like Einstein, & Marilyn.

Sometimes portraits reappear in the same event the following year or two.

Eg the portraits from current event might be available in the spring event next year (or possibly 2022, later or never!)

No they haven't been repeated at all yet, no idea if they ever will be but that doesn't mean the portraits can't appear at some point
