May be it's Inno's way to have us spent 5 diamonds on collection. Those pop ups and the fact I've now 365 buildings to collect from, I pop the 5 diamonds collect all once finished with my 14 BG charges. If you want to do the same, don't forget to be under 100 fps before pressing the collect all button.
