Polishing/Motivating Great Buildings

Can the Great Buildings that provide happiness be polished?
Can the GBs that produce coins/supplies be motivated?

Nope Ggryvi, it cannot be done. I believe Great Buildings were not meant to be polished or motivated, because the advantage that they grant would be doubled. The Great Buildings' bonus is already quite huge, and doubling it would possibly be game-breaking.
