Hello Kings and Queens,
Many of you may have noticed that some ranking points were subtracted today at 12:50 GMT+2. This was due to a faulty calculation which gave players excess points. The excess points were now removed however as a result the points total, and in some case the rank, dropped to show the new true point value. Rest assure that you did not lose anything you did not earn. We simply deleted the buggy points. Point loss is extremely frustrating but we must fix these issues as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope this did not disturb your game-play significantly. Thank you for your understanding.
