Oceanic Terminal Upgrade

I opened the Oceanic Terminal and completed the Seasteading task and gained the Oceanic Terminal Upgrade, but can't figure out how to do the upgrade. Where is the link of button to upgrade the Oceanic Terminal. I appreciate any help.

The upgrade is automatic once unlocked in the research tree, nothing to be done on your side.

It is done automatically... You will see the change when you open it.
