Not receiving blueprints when giving aid

Until maybe a week ago I was receiving blueprints at the rate of about 1 in 100 when giving aid. In the last few days I've noticed that I've given 600 aids and I've only received 1 blueprint. Has something changed? Is this deliberate or a bug?

I am not sure...maybe you just got unlucky? Very unlucky?:?

This isn't necessarily anything to worry about, every player goes through dry spells. The Blue Print process is a random one, sometime you will get 10 in 100 aids, sometimes you will get none. Unfortunately that is just the way it is.
