I have not received the Coke Oven after acquiring the Rantford section on the Continent map ???

You do not receive anything - instead, the Good Production building is now appearing in your Goods Biulding tab, so you can build it, if you want (and can afford it)

The Coke oven is something you unlock in the Tech-tree in the Industrial Age.

I am in Colonial age

You do not acquire a Coke Oven, you acquire a goods deposit that boosts the prodiction of Coke Oven. It is up to you to research and build one or more Coke Ovens. Same as with all other previous goods deposits.
