New Bug: no reward for levelling up a great building

I contributed forge points to another player’s Great Building, ending up in rank 3 when the building levelled up. When it did, I got a popup saying that I’d received forge points and medals as a reward, but these haven’t been added to my stock.

Do I have to something to claim my reward?

The Forge Points are added to your inventory in the form of FP packs. The medals are added directly to the medals you already have. You don't need to do anything.
