Neighbours disappear even when Im contributing to their GB.

It is possible that a player gets removed from your hood, cause they have gone inactive. If you had already contributed to that GB, you still can. Otherwise not.

Pretty sure it was hood change yesterday, go into your great buildings menu and click on the contribution list. The gb should be in there and you should still be able to donate.

If you check the ranking, you can find out if they are still in your hood (symbol with the three houses), but hidden due to inactivity, or if they moved to another hood.
