Not a Bug: Mission cannot be continued

I have a mission that ask me to infiltrate 5 sectors of a land.
The problem is I already finished conquering this land through Negotiation.
Therefore, there is no way I can infiltrate it now.
This mission is one of main missions that do not allow you to skip it.
Therefore, I am stuck now.

Man, It really works.
I current have 3 land that not conquered yet.
Trying on first 2 land have no result, but it works on the 3rd one.
WTH with this game :D

Hey Galactus, welcome to the Forums. :)

For next time I'd advise you to use the little search function on the top right of the screen. This is a well known issue. ;)

Please read the quest correctly, I think it says "Infiltrate the 5 sectors in the province EAST OF [Province name]".
Also, this is a very well known issue and if you've already conquered some of those sectors when you get the quest, just conquer the whole Province and a fail-save should trigger, completing the quest for you. :)
