On en6, I made a trade around 7am server time, was given 8 stone for 8 marble. The marble is gone, but the stone never showed up in my inventory.

Hi Madelina, if you're absolutely sure that the stone did not go to your townhall, you could submit an ingame ticket so we can check it you received it at all. (right-click anywhere on your village screen, choose support and follow up from there)

Hey Madelina, please check the Market and go to the "Your Current Offers" tab, is the trade still there?
When you create a trade, the goods you are offering are removed from your stockpile and moved to the "Market" until they are accepted.
If you cancel your trade, the goods you offered are returned to your stockpile.
