Not a Bug: Message Window Too Small

I know I have mentioned something similar to this with another bug about a year ago but when you zoom the screen back to 75% the message window is very hard to read for people like myself with poor eyesight.

Any chance of making the message window larger so that it is more readable when you have had to zoom back to view a larger percentage of your city.

This cannot be exploited as it is just making things easier for people with vision problems and zooming in and out when you have amputated fingers is really painful (literally)
