Hi,

Just lost around 10k points after last update, have filled a ticket waiting on reply.

Hi Elias...

Please submit an In-Game ticket, explaining the problem. Right-click anywhere in your city, select support and follow the instructions. Then an In-Game Mod will have a look....
...well, you already have done that, thanks. Please, be patient... The In-Game Mods will look into it and any eventually replies usually is sent to your Email-address.
