looking for guild

hi, im looking for a guild have experience from Tribal Wars etc though mainly TW was looking for something different so i don't need to set my alarm 10 times a night to send attacks/dodge lol, new to this game and need a guild to trade with i already dominate my neighbours although most are inactive so im unsure how it will be in a guild but would rather put my wits against players rather than the repetitive AI
