Login trouble...Help

When I log in on my laptop I get nothing but a black screen. However, when i login on my desktop I have no trouble. Can anyone give me some help?

I would suggest trying:

  1. Clear your browser cache
  2. Update browser and flash player to latest versions
  3. Try a different browser
