Login Issues

Currently there are login issues that are cropping up randomly and only affecting select players. If you cannot log in please file an ingame ticket and we will look at your information and see if there is a similarity between your account and others that are experiencing the same thing.

When you file the ticket please use this link.

Support

And please fill out the information as much as you can on what world you cant log into, the browser your using, your flash (if you know it).

I dont know what exactly is causing this and we are working hard to try to find the solution as quickly as possible.

ok we seem to have had a mixture of reasons why this isnt working for certain players.

Please try these steps. If they arnt working please let support know by following the top post.

1) clear cache


2) check that FOE isn't being blocked by their antivirus, and to add it to the safe sites list in their blocker.
It seems with our last update and with Virginmedias anti virus program update they just released there is a bit of a clash.

3) Run a scan and kill malware.

From most of the complaints we have gotten in and giving these tips the issue seems to go away. The issue may be with just one or a couple of these.
