This idea has been proposed many times. The reason why it is not implemented is because it will lead players not to use their FPs, but instead stockpile them. This is something that many humans can not help – prone to save for better times, wait for a better moment etc. But in this game such a feature would simply create stagnation in the FP investment part of the game. Thus it would also be a disaster in the way that very high ranking players could stash so many FP´s and thereby be able to "snipe" a huge chunk of other players in the dirt - It is already to some extend a problem particular witth the Arc GB.
Being able to create you own FP packages could cause far more troubles that it would appear at first glance.
In defense of newer players coming to the Forums proposing ideas a part must also go to the Moderators, as the Idea format is being completely negated lately resulting a ton of "first impression" ideas that has not been Searched, Rules and Guides not being read. In some cases the whole format is not needed – but in other cases it is very essential to include, because it guides the Ideator to consider what he or she is proposing, before posting it. Have your chekced that this has not already been proposed ? Issues of abuse etc. The Idea format dose not scure that an idea is good, but it forces anybody proposing the idea to think a little bit more about the idea they have. That may also result in a better feedback where more players can contribute, constuctivly argue or help refine the idea because it is more clearified from the very start.
