A few players have mentioned that they can’t find my guild Diversity. Have I somehow pressed a setting which keeps the guild private and hidden?

It's because you have no pts in gbg and the rankings page now automatically opens up for gbg stats rather than guild stats so your guild isn't appearing. They now need to press the button on the bottom row to get to the normal rankings. Unusual choice for opening page of rankings to exclude some but guess they needed to show off the changes. To become fully unhidden you'll need to do some gbg.
