Inviting people to guild

Hello

I have created a guild and I want to invite some people. How can you invite people to your guild ? The only way I was able to find is to press the global button and press the
invite to guild. Isn't any other way ? this approach is really tiresome. Can a player make an application to join my guild ?

global (tab after build) > your guild (shield) > administration > enter player name
