Inventory mixed up, deliberate or bug?

Hi all...
Last couple of weeks since the 15th October update my inventory is mixed up and set units such as Cherry garden and buildings like Terrace Farms are no longer together. Couldn't see anything about this elsewhere, so thought I would see if this was a bug or an update that I have missed.
Cannot post on bug area as dont have enough privileges.
