Inconsistant AID counting (Desktop)

Perhaps this is related to Internet connection, Browser or a system issue idk.
But twice today during the side Questlines for the Archaelogical Event I had to Motivate/Polish 10 Players.
That is fairly easy to see, with the players lined up at 5 for each section on desktop version - and the same two times I only got 9 counted.
– has anybody else noticed something similar?.

Desktop Version: OSX, FireFox Aprox: 50/50Mbit

An "aid" only counts when there is something to aid. When there is nothing to aid, you still recieve the coins. That is misleading, cause it does not count as an aid for quests.

If the aid is not successful it does not count.
