Improved decorations.

I would like to see some decorations which are somehow connected to each other in look.
For example bench, bushes, trees, flowerbeds, river, etc. that can be connected on the same way as roads.
Therefore players could form more attractive cities without loosing too much space.
Right now it is really impossible without great sacrifices.
Thanks

-1 decorations are only there as space fillers therefore, we do not need a set of space fillers that will take room away from other more essential buildings

I think the idea would be nice as an option - some people like attractive cities, as shown by some of the screenshots entered in the competitions. You wouldn't have to link them if you didn't want to. i have seen people's cities where the signposts are all on streetcorners. i like to try and keep my 3 'bird' hedges as a set together, because i like them that way.

The game has breath-taking graphics, and I think this could help those same graphics stand out even more. Decorations might not be efficient, but the game allows for various possible gameplays so I see no reason why if someone wants to enjoy in the beauty of the graphics they should be limited.

Not all empires are about power and victory, and it would be refreshing to see more cities built with aesthetic value rather than the trend of uniform efficient cities.

ETA: In addition to jampots' bird hedges, I liked the different "walls" in IndA.

How is your opinion related to my suggestion?
You do not want them you do not use them, others might do.

If I'm reading this correctly, are you asking that decorations will rotate towards the direction of a road if it is placed in front of it? If so, I like it :)
