I have lost 7 x 750 diamonds

At the start of this year before the end of the 2002 winter event I have bought a 6500 + 7 x 750 diamond package in a new city / new world. especially to finish the game with the best results as possible.

But: when I bought it, I have received the 6500 diamonds but the recurring 7 x 750 diamond were not pop up. After a long debate on the support channel without any successful results I decided to go with it public. Especially because there are no words about publicly that these recurring offer are not available for the foreseeable future.

My case could be the change of this offer: I got the original amount of diamonds but the recurring ones don't. The current offer only has 3500 diamonds for the same amount and no recurring diamonds.

Please check that the change has occured at the night of 1.1.2023 or 2.1.2023 because when that's true then there were a bug in the offer I bought and am waiting for a compensation.

Supposedly they have checked the logs and everything is ok. But this is not true. Had I know this problem I'd made a screenshot of the original offer...

They are the only one that can help you. Nobody here can check the logs. If they say it is ok, it is.
