If you get emails from FOE, it says somewhere near the bottom " We sent this email because you registered for a Forge of Empires account xx:xx:xxxx" which has your registration date.

Yes, there is. Go to your Town Hall, then Profile tab -> badges/achievements. Scroll down to the last of these and tap FoE Fanclub achievement. Viola!
