Well, without a phone specific app (which this game doesn't have), you need a browser with a Flash player. Unfortunately, Flash is no longer supported by Android, so I can't play on my Galaxy S3 : ( I don't have an Ipad, but Apple has never supported Flash so I doubt you'd have any luck on that either. A Blackberry device might play this game, I believe they're the only ones supporting Flash right now. Those new Windows 8 mobile devices might work as well.
