Hi,
Well I need help big time. I'm out of my game for a few days now and as it stands I am going to not be able to play on for good. The problem started with logging in but some buildings were missing (even the Anttiques dealer). Also when trying to enter gbs or messaging centre it would just not load (I'd get cross swords on the screen waiting for the desired action to happen). It carried on for a couple of days at which point I contacted support. At their advice I cleared the browser's cache and cookies. But what happened was after that the home page just would not load and it shows in HTML code and it doesn't even let me click on anything. As a result, I'm completely locked out and facing the prospect of missing out on my city of a few years.
To add more info, the browser is Firefox. But I tried them all as well, Chrome, Edge, Brave, to no avail. In fact Firefox was the only browser that'd run the game anyway even before this problem.
And I tried on a different laptop as well. As on a wifi as well as mobile data hotspot. All failed.
I am just lost, is there anything I could do to get into my city? Any ideas is greatly appreciated. Oh, I'm not ready to quit my beloved game, please help.
