Help, I can't see player rankings!

Here's what happened:
I was searching for my friend's name in global rankings but it said: Display 0 ranked players on 0 pages. But my friend has a rank. And the bottom write 1/1 but I can't see my friend's name. I think this is a problem because my friend couldn't search my name either. Is there a solution for this?

3. Did you spell the name right?

I am having a similar problem. I can't send messages, and the 'Rewards' column for GBs is empty.
