Do you gain happiness or lose happiness points on anything other than building cultural buildings e.g. people employed/positioning of goods producing buildings near residential areas, etc?
And conversely, lose any for opposite reasons
Or, any others??

Nope! And nope.

Cultural buildings, decorations and roads are the only things that give happiness, and nothing will lower it other than selling off those buildings and objects.
