I have just conquered Sturmhohen on EN3. Has a granite resource. But it's not an option in my build menu. Is this as i believe it to be, a bug ? Just want confirmation before i post it as such.

The deposit just allows you to produce the resource at a faster rate. You still need to research the technology ('Quarries') that allows you to actually build a Granite Mason
