Fixed: Goods stock not reducing in market

  • Browser and Version: Waterfox 44.0.3
  • Overview of the bug: The latest update to the game now shows the quantity of goods you have in the dropdown menu when setting up trades. However, having started with 1129 algae and placing 5 trades offering 100 each, the quantity in the dropdown menu has not decreased to reflect the placed trades. The correct amount is, however, shown in the inventory window. Market window must be closed and reopened for dropdown quantity to update.

    You can see the image by right clicking and selecting view image though.
  • How often this occurs: Everytime a trade is placed?
  • Urgency: Not particularly urgent but somewhat defeating the purpose of the update, I suspect

Maybe this is the case as the drop down menu shows the ammount you own which is still true untill someone actually accepts one of your trades , whereas the inventory window shows ammount available to use.

Bit like when you check ur bank balance and it shows total balance and available balance which can be different if you have uncleared funds.

Well no, since those goods are not available for your use once they are posted for trade. They are removed from your stock unless the trade is cancelled. Plus, the amount does actually update when the trade window is closed and reopened.

This was fixed in the update to 1.76.
