How does that work?

Do I have to pay less goods while that boost is activated?

Do I get more from buying with same cost?

What difference does 1:5 , 1:4 and 1:3 make?

at the end of your market pages there are game merchants/wholesalers/brokers/vendors selling all goods up to your current age at a rate of 1:10 so the boost reduces this rate, instead of 1 good costing you 10 goods, with the boost it will cost 5 goods, 4 goods or 3 goods so its cheaper

That boost won't work on any player offer?
