New Bug: Finish All Special Production not functioning properly

Yesterday around 3:10 pm GMT. I attempted to use a Finish All Special Production. Once I clicked on the Use in the pop-up, I received an internal error message and was kicked out of the game. I thought that this was odd. I reloaded the game to see if all productions had been finished and they had not been. Thinking that this was just some system fluke I used another Finish All Special Production and the same thing occurred. I had 7 Finish All Special Production in inventory and now only have 5. I would like to know if this bug has been reported and corrected. Also, I would like to have the 2 I used restored to my inventory.
