Duplicate: expansion using diamonds

at least on two occasion i have purchased expansion using diamonds, on each occasion when i go to place a building on it a notice has come up saying internal error try again later, when i go back to it the expansions have disappeared but the diamonds not been refunded

Hello Drastic, welcome to the forums.

Few users have already complained about it so it's possibly a bug. I suggest you to create a ticket so we could actually check that.

As Balkana said this was a known issue. Please take a look at this thread: Expansion Gone
In it you will find either an answer or several links to similar threads with an answer.

I'll mark this as duplicate.

EDIT: Since this bug did not refund you your diamonds and took away your expansion, please create an in-game ticket by following the link in my signature.

Hi folks. This has been confirmed and reported and the fix will be put in soon.
