Donating fp's to a neighbors GB & Neighborhood change

Every so often I see a player marked (deleted) on a GB. Is this a player that has quit or possibly kicked due to a violation? Or is that what happens when you donate fp's to a neighbors GB and the neighborhood changes?
Can you continue to post fp's to a GB that was in your neighborhood, but now isn't? Sometimes there's a good opportunity for a position/bp, but maybe that player doesn't level the GB before the neighborhood changes. Read the Wiki about neighborhoods, but it doesn't mention this.

Only friends, guildies, and neighborhoods can be donated to. Hoodies come and go - and when they go, the chances to continue to donate does. But, it is quite possible to have them again in a future neighborhood - same Age, or a same later Age.

not if you have FP's on a lvl , you can then invest on it till it lvl's then you need to wait for next time he comes in your hood , guild or friends list

My apologies - I was sure I got a message saying something to the effect that I could not - but I just tested it on an old contribution that the owner has not done anything to in a couple months, and it allowed me to donate. I wonder what i was thinking about then.
Guess I need to go back and look at some of these older Current Contributions to Great Buildings, as I had given up on them once they moved away.

@Paladiac the Pure It’s one reason why we sometimes put 1fp on promising GBs in the hood - you can monitor them in contributions screen and snipe when the opportunity arises

if you disconect from road timer for next colect stops and only re-starts when you re-conect it so if you plan on getting a daily collect dont do that

My answer was complete. It answered the question. You can not be more complete than that. Anything else is speculating he does not know what the consequences will be and just trying to take your own shine.

well we dont need to speculate most of the time we'r dealing with clueless ppl so i prefer giving all details otherwise we get stupid questions after cause we did not give all details

your reading and understanding of this is wrong am only saying if someone is clueless its better you give em all details right away that way you avoid getting stupid questions afterwards cause you did'nt give enough details when you gave your answer unless you like reading stupid questions caused by your answers Droppy ?
