Dialog boxes have gone small

One of my guild members is having trouble, all of a sudden all the dialog boxes have gone small and are hard to read, Does anyone know of a similar problem and if so how to fix it? Below is what she posted me.
HELP!!!
Somehow I have made all the dialog boxes tiny. The city is normal size and I can increase and decrease it but not the boxws. I use a chromebook that does not have a touch screen so can't pinch and strech it. Have tried increasing screen size but that makes no difference, also tryed logging out , clearing history, cashe, reloading chrome, leaving chromebook off over night, nothing has worked, I am out of ideas now.
Do you have any idea whar ro do?
