to make fragments deletion possible
Have you Checked the Ideas section for the same idea posted by someone else? Is this idea similar to one that has been previously suggested?

Reason:
for example, i have 11/15 minaret selection kit fragments. i'm not going to open this settlement anymore. it takes up space in inventory. i don't think there is an important reason to keep these fragments, they are laying in my inventory for years... please make them available to delete.

it will delete unnecessary fragments
