Daimonds on Recurring Quests

Am I mis-remembering things, in the past there was a big diamond reward on one iteration of each of the recurring quests.
I've worked on my Chateau, level 100, and today got the diamond reward, and it was 140. I thought it was based on 200 diamonds, not just 20....

Or maybe my advancing years are leading me astray
