contemporary quest

Hey im really double minded on completing a quest and cant seem to find the answer anywhere.

quest in question is SIDE QUEST: Greva Darn Dictators Demand.

pay 30 gas and pay 35 plastic.

two hidden rewards.

Anyone have any idea what the two hidden rewards are please?

I have been relying alot on the quest goods for contemp era goods as most of my good building are still pme/me ( didnt have enough pme/me goods , not even close), so cant really afford to make any more mistake now.
