When in global I have several time accidentally reported someone when trying to click on visit, it is so easy to do, the mouse only has to move a tiny fraction while your clicking on a profile to visit. To my alarm each time there is no box that asks to confirm or cancel a report when it happens, instead a box/window tells you that you have in fact reported someone. I am sure many accidental reports happen every day and pretty sure someone has to spend time sifting through each report for validity, if not, why have it at all right ? A simple window or pop-up that says something along the lines of, "would you like to report {player} "and two buttons that say "yes"or "cancel" or something along those lines could be handy and probably save a staff member some time somewhere.
