Collect 4000 Tavern Silver?

Not missing anything. That particular daily is exactly as it reads. The only way to really help on it, is to not collect your silver too soon before accepting the new Daily - just in case it is 4k, so you have at least one (hopefully full) collection to apply at the start.

It's not impossible but it is hard. You need at least 3 full collections of a fully upgraded tavern (16 seats and max upgrades) plus you probably want to visit every tavern you can for the +30 each possibility, which is usually good for another ~500 tavern silver.

As Paladiac said, most of us have learned NOT to collect our tavern until we get our daily challenge for the day, just in case that 4000 silver quest is in there. And/or use the switch quest option on it.

Or just not worry about it. There isn't really much the daily gives you that matters. 10 fps... 30 sometimes... 50 (maybe) at the end of the week. If you can't do it without doing your normal stuff, just move on and see what tomorrow brings
